Join us as we explore the differences self defense movement tools. You will learn how they work,
how to use them effectively to defend yourself. Here come from a loving place to empower with selfcare.

This class includes a few hand to hand combat skills combined with these self defense aids;
as well as other common objects that can be used.

Artistic Musical Sign Language with Matthew J. Schwartz
(Think Broadway dance but signing instead of singing.)

Under the guidance of Artistic Matthew J. Schwartz, an ASL Choir Director in upstate NY,
we will come together to discover the combination of body movement and the art of sign language.
Much like the Deaf community, we will learn, grow, and embrace our differences together.
Come with a smile and ready to laugh, dance, sign, and MAYBE record a music video together.
All level signer are welcome.

Beginner or professional this class is for everyone. It's not how high you kick but why you kick!
Urban Jazz Dance is a convergence of artistic forces where RAW energy, ROOTED in FREEDOM,
is expressed through the athletic BODY and UNCONTROLLABLE, PASSIONATE dance.
Expect Ballet, Afro movement, plus more and even American Sign Language...the power of expression must be real.
(hearing and Deaf are welcome to take classes.)
