Many of you know I dance for Savage Jazz Dance Company many years ago- I dare say how many years ago it was and how long i was dancing with them but excited to bring my OLD Jazz pant and short! I will be present Savage Old and New work.

Come join Savage Jazz Dance Company for our 2012 Spring Season, celebrating 20 years of dancing excellence! With this 2012 Spring Season production, Dances for Oakland, Savage Jazz Dance Company will present three exciting World Premieres (Music TBA), along with new works and repertory classics featuring music from Philip Glass, Charles Mingus, Max Roach, and more. The 2012 Spring Season marks the first part of Savage Jazz Dance Company's celebration of their 20th Anniversary! This special production will also feature guest performances from Menlowe Ballet, led by Artistic Director, Oakland Ballet icon, Michael Lowe. Join us for this very special celebration of Oakland's Savage Jazz Dance Company and our 20 years of commitment to dancing excellence in the Bay Area.
Dances for Oakland runs Thursday, May 31 at 8pm, Friday, June 1 at 8pm, Saturday, June 2 at 8pm, and Sunday, June 3 at 3pm at Laney College Theater, 900 Fallon Street, Oakland, CA.
